我們在成立之初，就將“成為第一流的咨詢服務型會計師事務所”確定為發(fā)展方向。同時確定了事務所的“定位”和事務所服務的“目標客戶”，即以具有專業(yè)特色的咨詢顧問服務為主，將事務所“做精做專”。我們不求規(guī)模最大化，只求最專業(yè)化、最精細化。我們將目標客戶確定為中小型外資企業(yè)、管理規(guī)范的民營企業(yè)、監(jiān)管和審計公開化的國有企業(yè)及政府機構。
