說(shuō) 明: 本產(chǎn)品 為直流電焊條,其公稱組成(wt.﹪)為60ni、22cr、5fe、9mo、3.5nb具有優(yōu)異的焊接性及作業(yè)性,熔金中mo、nb的含量高,可應(yīng)用于廣泛的耐熱及耐腐蝕環(huán)境,適用于化工制程設(shè)備、核能反應(yīng)爐焊接。可適用于inconel合金、inconel合金鋼接頭覆面、鋼用inconel合金作表面堆焊。適用母材如:astmb443/444/446等。亦可用于inconel 625/825,alloy20,alloy25-6mo及monel 400、超沃斯田鐵、高鎳合金材質(zhì)及異材焊接、9%ni高強(qiáng)度鋼焊接等。棒徑￠3.2(mm)以下的焊條可應(yīng)用于全姿勢(shì)焊接,至于較大的焊條僅能應(yīng)用于平焊及橫焊。
